Dear Huda, Thank you very much for your encouragement and leadership! I will be happy to share my notes with the khatt.net community. In fact, I wrote a brief chapter in a recently published Kufic tutorial handbook by calligrapher Mousavi Jezayeri and Dr. Michelli, titled "A Handbook of Early Arabic Kufic Script: Reading, Writing, Calligraphy, Typography, Monograms". Dr. Michelli used the font in her Art history course last Spring and received invitations to offer the course in several US colleges. My chapter titled "Early Mashq and Kufic Scripts: A Historic and Typographic Introduction" included key notes regarding the design of the Mashq font family, and the early Kufic script in general.
