Naïma Ben Ayed is a graphic and type designer from France. She graduated from Estienne school in Paris in 2009 where she started to study the Arabic script. She has worked since at Atelier Julian Legendre (Paris) as a typographer / graphic designer until 2011. She collaborated with Zoom collective and Silo Architectes on many multidisciplinary projects (Grenoble). In 2012, she moved to the UK to work at Dalton Maag / London as a font designer where she works on Latin and Arabic fonts.
Her design for Intel Clear Arabic received the first prize in the Arabic text typefaces category at the Granshan competition in 2014.
