ME212

by Jeanne Fouchet
9x14cm / 36 p / inkjet printing on X-per 120g / hand-bound
Departure, traveling of a gaze, multiplicity of possible paths.
Montage of instants, situations, fragments overlayn.
Pages torn off from the fleeing present of a city.
Isn’t incoherence preferable to distorting order?

SLUT CITY

by Waël Noureddine
9.8x14cm / 32 p + manifesto / PU cover + foiling / digital printing on Freelife Vellum 140g / hand-bound
‘Slut City’ is a love and hate double manifesto by Waël Noureddine.
A book combining short texts and explicit images about his journeys into life, religion, capitalism and compost in Beirut city.
And a ‘Manual of Necessary Art’, hailing the use of Art as a means of emancipation against the “Pseudo-Elite”.

SORRY FOR NOT ATTENDING

by Jana Traboulsi
8.5x12.5cm / 36 p + text + plastic jacket / inkjet printing on Freelife Vellum 120g / hand-bound
Asked to participate in an art exchange project with the Tate modern museum, Jana Traboulsi faces the difficulty of obtaining a visa to the UK on time. ‘sorry for not attending’ is an imaginary passport containing collages and excerpts of visa applications, geographical maps, stamps, drawings, and stickers, featuring 4 places difficult to get to.
