This piece features the map of Afghanistan composed of the Persian and Pashtu in Islamic calligraphy. It was requested by the IVAW ‘Iraq Veterans Against the War’. The first 10 prints of this piece were donated to to the IVAW to be sold for their fundraising later this year. The words within the piece are the names of cities and places in Afghanistan like: Jabrael, Rakwa and Bilcheragh.
إن هذا العمل يحاكي ويشكل خريطة أفغانستان في الخط الإسلامي بالأسماء الفارسية والباتشو. تم طلبها من قبل جمعية قدامى المحاربين في العراق المناهضين للحرب. وقد تم التبرع بأول عشر نسخ مطبوعة من هذا العمل إلى الجمعية ليتم بيعها لجمع التبرعات في وقت لاحق هذا العام. النص في القطعة هو عبارة عن أسماء مدن وأماكن في افغانستان مثل: جابرايل, الركوة وبيلشيراغ
