Besides his ongoing and highly acclaimed career as an artist, Al-Tuni has contributed a monumental body of designs for publication. He illustrated thousands of book covers, hundreds of magazine illustrations, children’s books and some iconic logos, that earned him many local and international awards.

“A Designer’s Dream” features (number of pieces) originals and sketches, from the artist himself and from the collection of Dar al-Shorouk. The exhibition showcases the work under four sections; Alchemist, Visionary, Patriot, and Story teller, highlighting main aspects of Al-Tuni’s body of work; such as his obsession with identity and heritage, his progressive approach to social affairs, his patriotism and diversity in style.
