20 Oct 2015
8 Nov 2015

The sixth Nour Festival continues to illuminate contemporary arts and culture from the Middle East and North Africa, in venues across the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and runs from 20 October until 8 November. Showcasing film, music, literature, poetry, performance and visual arts, Nour reaches a diverse audience of local, national and international visitors. It grows each year to take new audiences on an unforgettable journey into the region, its cultures and art forms.

NourFest2015 -

This commitment brings a number of artists to UK audiences for the first time including Saudi photographer Adel Quraishi’s commanding portraits of the last Guardians of the Prophet’s Mosque at Medina; Lebanese dancer and choreographer Pierre Geagea, inspired by the gracefulness and expressiveness of sign language; and soulful Franco-Moroccan singer Hindi Zahra. With over 50 events in 18 venues across 20 days, Nour 2015 presents a strong narrative from artists challenging preconceptions, sparking debate and providing insight into culture from across the MENA region.

Thoughtful and thought-provoking, engaging and entertaining, enjoy exploring Nour Festival 2015.
